Have had better luck with this chain elsewhere but skip this one. Carpet covered in stains. Paper thin walls. Hair dryer ripped off the wall and no substitute offered. Furniture and walls dinged up, scratched, full of holes. A/C unit had parts of the cover missing and did not respond to adjustments.

The hotel was disgusting! Dirty sheets, blood stains on the wall and floor. Front desk would do NOTHING to help! I asked for a different room and dispute the lot being pretty empty, they said they had none available! Even more disappointing yes that no one at hotels.com could help us either.

The rooms were filthy. The furniture was in horrible condition. We had to change rooms twice. The first room had live baby roaches, the second room had dead roaches and the heat did not work. The furniture in both rooms was very worn with holes and stains. The staff was rude when we complained. The pancake machine during breakfast did not work properly. The outside of the establishment is beautiful, but the inside does meet the same expectations. We were very disappointed.

I was turned away at the check in desk because I had 2 dogs with me. I booked this hotel because Expedia's website was "pet friendly.". They informed my son and me that they only accept service dogs. That is required by law, and does not fit the description of "pet friendly."

Upon checkin i was told my visa card could not be used so we used another card only to find out my card was charged 100 dollars. Both of our cards were charged an extra hundred dollars...if my card was not accepted why was it charged. Its not in pending status it has been charged...beware of this hotel!! When i asked to speak to a manager i was told one wasnt available...when i asked to leave my number for the manager the employee refused to take down my number. I will be getti g the police involved for credit card fraud.
