This was our first time staying here & honestly we loved the room, it’s like a mini apartment. But we saw 2 critters & the tv in the living room area didn’t work. Other than that we enjoyed it! We would come back for sure!

I have already called hotels.com to let them know to take this off their website. It was beyond terrible. This was more of an extended stay apartment type situation. I had seen this before in another state and it was very nice, so was completely surprised to see how horrible it was. Had a motel feel and the hallways were filthy. Quite honestly, I felt unsafe here with my daughter. I tried to leave as soon as we arrived, but there were no rooms in the area because of the soccer tournament we were in town for. The trash had not been taken out, the dishes were dirty in the dishwasher and smelled bad, the furniture in the living room was so gross we did not sit on it, there were crumbs on the sleeper bed,any light bulbs were burnt out and outlets didn’t work, the fridge wasn’t clean and the battery was removed from the smoke detector. When I asked for extra pillows, the manager returned with some that he told me were from his room because he lives there. He was kind, however, this was beyond anything I had ever experienced. The photos have to be AI enhanced. Even though the location and the price is good, do not stay here!

The facility was dirty and the rooms were disgusting. Roaches, stained linens, broken fixtures, smoke detectors removed, no available toiletries. Awful. Disgusting.

No hotel lobby (more like a small room with a check-in desk). No concierge area or break room (so obviously no breakfast). Parking was very convenient and property a block from highway so easy in/out access. Rooms with kitchen and separate living room was great. Clean.

Extended stay option

Very clean and convenient place to stay. We liked the idea of a kitchenette, but the dishes and cookware were very sparse. Our trash filled up and there were no instructions nor service. The front desk was helpful when available. Overall, I would recommend this for extended stays.

The kitchen was not stocked with the basics…dish towels, cutlery, pots. And the coffee pot was filthy. The towels were linty as heck! And only one of the televisions worked. I will not recommend.
