"Biggest problem was no employee speaking English. Kiosk as front desk was fine ,he spoke English,but he had no answers for general hotel questions. Room was clean,comfortable and a welcome place to relax. I will stay there again."

"Very bad front desk and maid service! I had to ask for basic things (shampoo to be filled) multiple times. The front desk late night person was argumentative when I questioned why he was making a copy of my driver's license and did not display the professional demeanor that I am used to at other companies. "Rooms were small and outdated, just didn’t feel luxurious at all. Shower had no pressure, and was 1’x 2’. My back was against wall showering, tub was from the 1980’s. Staff was nice but scarce. Room service was always late. No notable restaurants in Tiburon, none unless you like sitting in a lobby and eating. Had to go to the beach ritz to have decent food. Not impressed at all. Grounds were boring. Felt like a waste of a week. Pool room tvs broken. Cafe coffee was horrendous. I’ve been to 5 ritz hotels now. This was a 2 star out of 5 with 5 star prices. I actually feel like I got ripped off. "
