It’s a time share community that has a community feel. Many folks knew each other and were welcoming like visiting your grandparents. The property inside was dated but ample. The amenities we similar, nothing new but cared for. The 9 hole course was dry and in need of help. The area had been in a drought so understandable without irrigation. The entrance to the property was not well marked. The location is in the suburbs-nothing around worth walking too and not very inviting. It’s was 20-30 from any good eats less some small dinners. 40-60 from beaches.

Room was very outdated, but we didn’t even get to use anything or try anything due to lizards and multiple bugs being on/in the beds and pull out couch. We arrived at night time and there was a female walking around trying to open different car doors. It did not feel very safe. Trying to get ahold of someone after hours was near impossible. I had to call the security line. And they had a hard time getting ahold of anyone. We ended up checking out and not staying. It took days to get ahold to obtain a refund that was promised to us. We eventually got a partial refund. But had to find a new place to stay asap on our own.

The room was spacious with separate king bedroom, well stocked kitchen, ample dining and livingroom, screened porch /balcony. The pool was heated and the hottub was relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed late afternoon swims and hot tub soaks! Also enjoyed the oickleball courts, shuffleboard and 9 hole golf course (extra but reasonable cost for golf.) Friendly and helpful staff. A relaxed and welcoming environment overall. Hope to return next year!
