The dining table can comfortably seat 6 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island, making it an ideal space for shared meals and memorable moments. The warm wood kitchen is modern and fully equipped, allowing you to make your favorite meals or sample the local flavors of Sedona with ease.

For wellness-minded travelers, there’s a separate yoga and exercise room equipped with fitness equipment and a flat-screen TV to keep up your routine!

The great room opens to a fenced-in backyard and patio with luxury amenities including a private pool (The pool is available to be heated at an additional charge ($100/night summer May 1 - Sept 30 and $150/night (min $500) winter end of March - April 30, October 1 - end of November. *Please note: The pool is unable to be heated December - end of March due to the outside temperatures during this time of the year and the size of the pool*), Year-Round Hot Tub, outdoor shower, fire pit, and several seating areas and sun loungers for quiet contemplation and relaxation. The outdoor kitchen, complete with a BBQ grill and bar seating, allows you to discover the art of outdoor cooking in a stunning setting.

The primary bedroom opens directly to the pool deck and features a king-size bed, a private ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in rainfall shower, and a free standing soaking tub for spa days right at home. The Sunset Room features a spacious king-size bed, while the Redrock Room provides a cozy queen-size bed. These two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. For your convenience, there is a full laundry room.
