The home is perfect for all your guests with multiple open living spaces for entertaining and many comfortable beds for a good night rest. All the bedrooms are great sizes and the master bathroom has a private master suite with a walk in shower.

Prime location - quick drive to Bellevue downtown, Airport, and easy commute to Seattle.

THE HOUSE
*Main Floor*

-Open living room with a 65" LED TV
-Dining area with a long table that can easily sit 10 people
-full kitchen with side door that gives easy access to the garage
-Full bathroom next to the sitting area
-3 Bedrooms downstairs with a total of 4 beds. Another bathroom with a walk in shower next to the stairs. Another living room area and den area behind the stairs with Foosball table, arcade, and games.

*Upstairs*
Open Loft/3rd Living Room area with futon couches that can become beds and a 40" Smart LED TV. Master bedroom suite with a king size bed and private bath. Double vanities, double closets, and a walk in shower. 5th Bedroom with twin size bunk bed.

*Outside*
Big 2 Car Garage, long driveway and plenty of parking for at least 6 vehicles. Wrap around Deck on the upstairs area and a nice private patio on the 1st floor with LED string lights. A couple of new houses have been built close by that is not in the pictures (Please be mindful of noise with neighbors)

*No unauthorized parties (young adult parties with noise complaints) - subject to penalties and neighbors will notify*

GUEST ACCESS
House is equipped with a keypad. Guests have to check VRBO Inbox a day before check-in for the code.

Whole house is available to guests and NOT SHARED during their stay. However, there are locked storage closets. Do not open please

Host was polite and responsive. Complaint would be with condition/cleanliness of the house. Wood floors had not seen a mop in a long time, EVERY wall/door was disgusting. Clearly never been wiped down. I used my own disinfectant wipes on switches and door handles but it was nasty. Toilet handle upstairs was installed backwards so having kid flush properly was a chore (should be fixed for next guest). There were individual AC units in each room, different than what the photos show. This was fine except the noise was loud (think old school hotel room) and constantly kicking on and off due to the hot weather, this caused the main lights in the house to flicker frequently.

Comfy and Relaxing Hideaway

It was so great!! The house was nicely equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The neighborhood was so quiet and cozy. Our kids were so comfortable and that is different from our little homebodies. I would definitely stay here again.

Family reunion

This was a perfect house to use as the meeting place for our family reunion. The rooms were spacious; and we were pleasantly surprised with the a/c units and fans throughout the house (it got a bit hot in Seattle/Renton during our stay.) It was easily accessible for our elderly aunts as well with only 1 step up to get into the house. The one downside is that the master bedroom gets a bit loud with the cars speeding byWe will definitely be returning to this house for another family reunion.

Seattle Heat Wave

I would have given this review a 5 Star Rating, however when my family and I made it to the house there wasn't enough fans and the house didn't have air conditioner. I totally understand that in the Pacific Northwest we don't have heat waves, and unfortunately for my family event last year was the heat wave that occurs once every 100 years. Nevertheless, it would have been nice to have seen the host to make sure we had extra fans and anything to keep the house guest comfortable.

Lots of Space

The open concept was perfect for an afternoon get together with local friends and family. It was conveniently located to our needs in Bellevue as well as our family in Maple Valley. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the home with is space for large groups.

Wonderful home

We had a family get together for eight with adult children and saw the sites all around, especially the NP’s. This home was just perfect to come home to and offered the space we all needed to hang out and rest for the next adventure! The pictures and descriptions were spot on. Would definitely stay again, but for now we are off to the next NP! :)
