To expensive for accommodations. No coffee or bottled water in rooms. Worn out hotel.

Overall the property was very clean and the staff were were very pleasant and nice. However the room was too warm when z I arrived and cold when I woke up. The staff said the heating and air conditioning were old and not operating the best. The room was very clean but needs to be updated. I requested a ride for 6 am. It didn’t come. I asked the status. The staff had to contact the driver. The driver said five minutes. It was over five minutes. I got a Uber instead. This was frustrating.

Big problem with a barking dog for at least an hour in the middle of the night. Called the desk, no help. Found the room myself where the dog was barking (this is at 3:30 am), called the desk and was informed she was the only one on staff and couldn't do anything about the dog. Dogs were not supposed to be there at all! Someone besides the desk staff should have been available.
