Mayflower Park Hotel - Seattle Hotels

Mayflower Park Hotel

"The Mayflower is a beautifully appointed hotel."
Our room was gorgeous. The separate sitting room made it very comfortable to relax and not feel like you need to be in your bed just to sit. The room was very quiet. We heard no noises from other rooms, the hallway, or other spots (like running water or upstairs walking). The curtains were dark so after a late, late arrival we were still able to sleep late into the morning without a care. The entire hotel is lovely - old feel, yet so fresh. It was very relaxing and the room service was very quick.

"Executive Hotel Mattress Review:"
This hotel's mattresses are extremely soft and sagging --horrible for most of us that require mattress support. After 2 nights, I could hardly walk and slept on the floor to avoid a trip to the ER. Any room reservation should include a bottle of Aleve. I was in pain for my flight back to the East Coast. After just one night back on a normal mattress, I'm walking again.

"Great hotel, great location!"
Visited the city for Emerald City Comicon. The hotel was a short walk away and so convenient. There are many restaurants in walking distance and lots of shopping. We visited the Space Needle and Chihuly exhibit, which is a must see! Pikes market is just a few blocks away. We walked to all the places we visited. The hotel gym was nice & had good equipment for cardio & strength training. The rooftop area (located outside of the Frolik restaurant 5th floor) was a wonderful place to wind down with a glass of wine beside a fire table or play ping pong. The best part of the hotel was the helpful and friendly staff!!

"Great Location "
The Warwick is close to everything. Great restaurant's within walking distance and the mall was just around the corner. From the airport, the light rail ended just steps away from the hotel. A definite plus ($$) Although the hotel restaurant was nice and a fairly good breakfast, my son and I felt a little nauseous after having appetizers in the hotel bar one evening. We suspected a certain food was at fault. All-In-All, I would stay there again but watch what I ate after 9:00pm.

Hotel Andra

My stay at Hotel Andra was overall a pleasant experience. Positives: Most of the staff were professional and friendly. The rooms were clean, stylish, and well appointed. It is in a very good location central to downtown Seattle and just a short walk from the market. I was able to check in early. Negatives: I have stayed in hotels in numerous large cities and I felt that it was expensive for the quality and amenities (about $350 with tax for a Thursday night). It was noisy for me. To be fair, I tend to be more noise sensitive than most. There was a lot of car traffic noise and sirens throughout the night. I did find a pair of earplugs in the bedside table but a fan for white noise would have been very helpful. I called the front desk and the person I spoke with was brusque and said they do not have fans. This was the only person I spoke with who was not professional and friendly. I gave the overall experience 3 stars because I felt it was overpriced, noisy, and my brief negative conversation with a staff member at the front desk.
