"Now my favorite Seattle hotel."
Lovely, magical hotel that transports you back in time but still maintains modern conveniences. Elegant but not stuffy. Tons of pillows. Comfy beds. The bell hop was particularly careful to advise me that I was downtown and there are many apartment and office buildings from which people could observe me. Good advice! Parking is pricey and you must have a valet take your car. However, they do provide transportation within a 2 mile radius and that was provided promptly, pleasantly and comfortably. If you're not fond of ghosts, request a room other than one on the 4th floor. Rumor has it the place has several. Will definitely be my first choice for any return trips to Seattle.

"Great Location"
Location was perfect, however walking to the parking garage was sketchy, especially late at night. It is a block and a half away through Pioneer Square. I was disappointed that the parking was so far, and it was $25. The check in staff person was mumbling so badly we kept having to ask for clarification, we even tried to crack a joke, no go, the man was in a bad mood. He was not even close to pleasant. I was just hoping I understood his directions about how to park, where to park, and he mumbled something about the parking key card I never did get. He just wanted to be done with us. Must have had a very bad day. He needed to make sure I understood the parking arrangement, because I didn't, but my asking for clarification a couple of times was obviously irritating him so I just gave up. The room itself was quite nice, not large, but being a downtown hotel I wasn't expecting large. The bed was very comfy, the outlets in the bathroom didn't work, but there was a huge floor length mirror that we used for hair dryers and curling irons and that worked out just fine. We didn't bother telling staff about the outlets until check out because it didn't cause us any issues.

"If You're Into the Market"
Can't beat the location if you are into the market scene. Rooms are clean and the whole hotel is somewhat minimalist. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed and linens. Street noise was not a problem. I wouldn't splurge for a room with a view since the best view and the best thing about the hotel is the deck on the 5th floor. You can see the market, the mountains, the ferris wheel, the Sound and Mt. Rainier. The stairwells smelled a little funky. A coat of paint might help, but that was our only complaint. Not a place for kids or families.

"Good value for money"
The hotel was old and the room was small but Quality Inn more than made up for these 2 shortcomings with the location, free shuttle service, comfy beds, polite staff, nice hot breakfast, cheap parking and room rates considering town area!

"Nice hotel close to downtown"
Every thing about this hotel is great. However the train whistle can be annoying before your first night's sleep. I was able to close it out on the second night.

"Very easy access to Sport Event Stadium"
Valet Parking was great, very friendly front desk. But, the Juno Club, customer service was HORRIBLE. Never greeted when arrived, sat a the bar and the bartender never acknowledged us (there was only 10 customers in the entire bar area who had been served, and no one in the seated restaurant), three other servers were on the floor and also never greeted us. Was there a good 10min, and finally as we were leaving the bartender hurried to us, but it was too late. Found a few great sports bars along the route to the Stadium. The room was amazing, great black out drapes, but the shower was the entire bathroom, and the floor had settled away from the drain causing a good 1 1/2 in. of standing water in the entire bathroom (made for a shock when going to the restroom in the middle of the night). Sorry, not worth the amount of money I paid for one night.
