Interesting floorplan. This place has been many things before it was a hotel.

Loved the historic value. There are areas that need updating and fresh paint.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!! The pictures are very misleading. - The carpet and furniture are stained and very old - There is no elevator, you will carry your own luggage upstairs - Bed was broken in our first room and the second room reeked of smoke. They knew that it did and had sent a maid to spray the room for it as we were leaving. - We did not stay because of the aforementioned problems yet THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY! So, all this to say, you will be sorely disappointed in this place. There is no question that my money should be refunded yet they refuse to do so. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

This is a quirky boutique hotel, but was fun to stay in! Rooms are set up like apartments and there is some cool historical information in the rooms about what the building used to be used for. It felt like we were staying in someone's apartment. Staff were great! The restaurant attached was convenient and delicious. It was in a nice location, tucked away from the busy downtown, but close enough to walk to everything we wanted to do.

Thanksgiving at the Marqueen

Pros: The ambiance, staff, and close proximity to everything we wanted to do made the Marqueen a perfect fit for us.
The hotel was gorgeous and the staff was phenomenal! We had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for more! Staying in the heart of the Queen Anne neighborhood was all we had hoped for a more. We will stay at the Marqueen again the next time we visit Seattle.

Very nice staff

Pros: It was two blocks from Seattle Center.
Cons: Improve the wifi as it drops out and if possible add an elevator to this hotel.
The staff at the hotel are very nice and helpful. My only issue with this hotel is there is no elevator and since Seattle is very hilly and we did a lot of walking the last thing I wanted to do when we got back to the hotel was to walk up 3 flights of stairs.
