Si buscas nostalgia, esta es la casa. Construido a principios de 1900, tiene capacidad para hasta 16 personas. Tiene vista al mar desde tres habitaciones, además de las siguientes actualizaciones; Cocina y baños remodelados. Nueva alfombra y pisos en toda la casa. La casa está ubicada en el lado norte de Seaside en 235 12th Ave.

Esta casa ofrece acceso inalámbrico a Internet, dos salas de estar grandes y un excelente estacionamiento en la calle para hasta cuatro autos. También hay un bonito patio trasero y terraza para disfrutar con una parrilla de gas. Ubicado a media cuadra de la playa, ¡los paseos por el paseo marítimo son imprescindibles! Solo tenga en cuenta que esta casa tiene tres pisos de altura, por lo que hay muchas escaleras para considerar.

Una sala de estar se completa con una chimenea de gas y excelentes vistas al océano. El segundo salón cuenta con TV y 2 sofás. Hay seis habitaciones con una cama queen en cada una. El séptimo dormitorio tiene una reina y dos camas individuales. El dormitorio en el tercer piso tiene su propio baño privado. También hay un área de lectura privada en el tercer piso. Genial para familias.

Such charm!!

This house is so charming! Super clean, so many rooms, and cozy! Everyone felt right at home, and slept great. All the beds were comfy, and again, so much space for everyone. 11 in our group, and we enjoyed it the whole time. Two days were raining and just yuck weather ( perfect west coast beach weather) and there were a couple of leaky windows, but the wind was blowing so hard and sideways , it would have been surprising if there hadn’t been any windows. Contacted the manager(or owner) she asked for pictures to know which windows needed the love, so I know they are being taken care of. There were some ants in the bathrooms, but we have them in our houses, ‘‘tis the season. Other than that- we would definitely stay there again!! Thank you for opening up this place for visitors!

Big beautiful house in a great location

We enjoyed our Easter weekend. The sunsets views from the house were amazing. The home has a lot of space with several seating areas inside & outside.The host was very accommodating & check in was hassle free.

Excellent Family beach vacation!

Wonderful, clean, cozy, large home, extremely functional, perfect for a family to have their own space yet also gather together for meals and play! Comfortable beds, close to the beach, boardwalk and town. We loved this VRBO!

Perfect for a group!

We were in town for a conference, and this was perfect for our group! Everyone loved having their own room, the beds were comfortable, the fire was cozy, and communication with the owner was excellent! We only wished we had more time at the house and on the beach. It was wonderful; I highly recommend it.

Great House for a Group!

Eight friends visited the Oregon Coast and stayed in this house. We loved it. There was plenty of room to spread out. The dining table seats 8 comfortably, the kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in, and there were so many bedrooms!

Excellent Stay for the Whole Team

Our work team enjoyed our stay while attending a conference in Seaside. There was lots of space to allow us to spread out; the 4 bathrooms were especially appreciated as we all get ready each morning. The areas for gathering together were also great. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Big house for all Group

We really love this house for our women’s golf group. 12 of us stay comfortably here and so enjoy the close walk to the beach! Great living room spaces and kitchen. We will stay here again.

Great accomodations! Beautiful house. Perfect for our 9 people. Every couple and individuals had their own rooms. 4 bathrooms was perfect! SO CLOSE to the beach! The parking was large and off street. So so clean! Our stay was comfortable and relaxing!

Perfect for our family

This rental was the perfect size for our large family. when we arrived, the place was very clean and updated. The kitchen was completely stocked, which made cooking large meals very easy. We loved the easy access to the beach. The host made sure that we had plenty of linens. We did need extra chairs for the front porch.

HTC Seaside retreat

Leah was a great host and the property offered a lot of room for our HTC team! I even had a chance to briefly chat with Leah in person prior to our check out. And, one of my runners left an item and Leah offered to mail it back to my runner at no coast to us. Thank you Leah and maybe we get to rent the house next year for HTC 2025

Awesome location!

Plenty of space for everyone - and steps to the beach. We were able to walk everywhere - town, beach, outlets and shops. Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. Loved the porch on the front and deck on the back. Great stay!

Perfect for large family reunion

Wonderful location. Block from beach. Nice walk or bike ride on Prom to coffee, restaurants, shopping or beautiful scenic exercise. Enough rooms and bathrooms, well equipt modern kitchen, two dining areas, three social areas, front and back patios. This is our return visit & we'll book, again.

Seaside Family Reunion

This was our 2nd time here and it was just as nice as the first time. Better, in fact, thanks to some newer furniture and windows. The property was clean and the location is very convenient to the beach. We had to buy some paper towels and basic cleaning supplies, but it was otherwise well stocked and maintained. We will definitely come again!

Clean and spacious, with numerous rooms and bathrooms. Amazing location with easy access to the beach and downtown Seaside via the boardwalk. Host communication and instructions were excellent. Highly recommend!

Great for a big group

Spacious, clean and comfortable home for our group of twelve. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as living areas to hang out in. Well-equipped kitchen, which we appreciated since we like cooking and eating in. Short walk to the beach and ocean views from some of the upstairs rooms. Our host was easy to reach when we had an issue (totally our fault - we all went to the beach and locked ourselves out of the house) and helped us resolve it quickly. The only thing I would change would be to have one big dining room for a big group instead of two smaller dining areas. We were all able to fit in the bigger one but it was a bit crowded. Overall, it was a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend it.
