Perfect weekend getaway

What a wonderful stay we had. The unit was everything we hoped for. Clean, cool, nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

Love it!!

2 teenagers slept on the couch(brought a blow up single mattress.) In the livingroom. So, basically,4 adults, Such easy accsess to the boardwalk. Great location, Great ajoining neighbors, every time. (We felt very secure and had wonderfull neighbors!) Perfect for us! Couldn't ask for better!

Great Location to Beach & Boardwalk

We had an extended weekend at the beach. We loved our unit, upgraded decor, clean and great location to the beach and boardwalk. Great communication with the Host, check in and out were smooth. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location

The property cleanliness and location were great. Very small suggestions to make the apartment excellent. Bathroom touches such as lighting in the shower, new bath mats and towels would go a long way. Since there’s no way to hang beach wear and towels in bathroom a small dryer rack or coat rack would be perfect. Had a lovely getaway and would come again.

Rudest property manager I’ve ever met.

We arrived pretty late (6 hour drive) and the bed was completely broken - like not able to sleep in broken. I told the property owner nicely on Vrbo chat that something was wrong with the bed and we needed one to sleep on. He immediately called me and gave me the worst attitude saying it’s not possible the many renters before him or the cleaning crew would have said something. Was incredibly nasty and short and I’ve never felt like such crap from a complete stranger in my life. He then ended with he would check it out tomorrow. I said where are we going to sleep tonight? He said he’s give me my money back and we could find another place but that it would be impossible as everything is probably sold out (it was) and we were not going to take my daughter that late at night back in a car as she could sleep on the sofa pull out still. He said to stay a night and think on it. We unfortunately had no where to sleep that night and I honestly just cried most of it I was so upset at how I was treated. The property owner tells me he could do a mattress topper too but the bed was broken completely. So in the morning I told him we did want our money back and I had to tell my daughter no vacation this year. The guy was super short and said to be out by noon and I’d see my refund in 5 business days. 5 days goes by and I texted him and he said he’d “try Vrbo again”. I had to call Vrbo complain and they forced him to give our money back. He only refunded 56%!!! Terr. Prop. Mgr!

We had an awesome time at this property. Place was very clean and cozy. Location was perfect. It was a quick walk to the boardwalk and to the beach.The host is very accommodating and responded very quickly to any questions. The only suggestion I have is maybe putting a TV in the bedroom. I would definitely book this place again.

Awesome Seaside Heights Stay

2nd year of staying in Jim's 1 bedroom place. The place is clean, comfortable, and so close to the beach it's just amazing!! Being able to get from the front door onto the beach in seconds is just amazing. If you're looking for a super clean and comfortable place within steps of the boardwalk/beach, then this is the place to choose.

Great Property Just Don’t Sleep in #3’s Bed

The property was very clean, organized, overall in good order. The property is really just steps from the boardwalk. Overall out stay was just okay. The bed in our unit, #3, was bad. It was like a bad dream all night and almost made it impossible to sleep. That really our only complaint. The rental is close to walk to CVS, Acme, restaurants or bars. It is in decent remodeled shape overall. Again we would consider staying there again for if it wasn’t for the bed in that unit. We actually left a day early so we could sleep back in our own dreamy bed. The owner was great when I had to deal with check-in or questions. Just how do you ask for a new bed without being negative right away?

Perfect Stay!

I couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay during my trip to the shore. The unit was exactly as pictured and was clean and neat! The location was PERFECT. Jim was a great host and so quick to respond to any questions I had. It was so nice having the beach passes included as well. Will DEFINITELY be booking this place again for my next stay.

Great spot!

Great spot, perfect location for our quick get away. The place was clean and the AC was on ready for us when we arrived. The linens and towels provided were a nice incentive and the ice in the freezer so when we got there after the long drive we could settle in with a cold drink. We will use this location again.

We all really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location. The house was clean and was decorated nicely. We didn’t hear any of the other guests in the building. This was all around a great experience for us and we would definitely stay here again.
