We appriciate you taking the time to review us Gail. Our location is really nice since we are surrounded by stores and resturants within walking distances and we love how quite the hotel is even though we are close to a highway. We do have access to road behind the hotel that makes entering and exiting way easier during busy hours. Have a wonderful weekend and hope to see you again!

I didn’t have hot water at my home so I rented this room for the night for a hot shower just to find out there was none ok so I lay down and was woke up by infectious of baby roaches the noise from the road is horrible on top

Thank you for taking the time to review us Linda. We apologize that your stay with us was not up to your expectations. The water temperature issues has been resolved since the new heater was installed last week. All that needed to do was to turn a facet to increase the temperature. It was a quick fix if we were notified at the front desk. Regardless, It is unfortunate you did not enjoy your stay with us, we are working to better our standards overall and hope to meet your expectations in the future stays.

We stayed 4 yrs ago and the property has gone way down. Was not clean, only cold water in shower, vending machines empty, ice machine broken. Sadly we will not stay again.

Leaking faucet in bathroom tub. Outdated, scuffed furniture in room Insufficient amount of toweis, washcloths, etc. In room. Free breakfast was late opening; should have stayed closed...stale sweet rolls and over ripe bananas. Would not recommend this property......

The property was clean. Staff was nice, especially the night lady working when we checked in. The pool smelled heavily of chlorine when we walked by, to the point it burned my eyes, so we didn't use it. There were others using it the next day and the smell wasn't as strong but I guess we know it was cleaned. The rooms are basic but everything including the bathrooms were clean. Since I was staying with my family I appreciate that.
