Welcome to The Blue Palms, where chic design and casual coastal vibes combine to create a breathtaking sanctuary in Santa Rosa Beach. We welcome you to be some of the first guests in this brand-new townhouse and enjoy all of the amenities that we have to offer.

The elegance of the living space will draw you in with its abundant light, colorful touches of sand and sea, and natural fabrics and textures. With space for eight, this stylish townhouse is ideal for couples or families traveling together. On the first level of the townhouse you'll find two bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed, and one with two queen beds. On the ground level is also a full bathroom with a shower and tub, as well as the laundry room. The second level will beckon you with its bright, pristine kitchen and inviting living room hues. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your favorite movie on the smart TV, or cozy up with a glass of wine & enjoy the fireplace. Also on the second floor, you'll find the master bedroom to be a sanctuary with a four-post king sized bed. Bring out your fun, competitive side and enjoy the brand new ping pong table in the garage!

Doors from the living room lead out to a covered porch with couch seating, where you can curl up with your favorite book or enjoy your morning cup of coffee while admiring the peaceful views of the lake and forest behind. You'll enjoy being close to nearly everything – the delicious local-favorite restaurants along 30A & Santa Rosa Beach, the ample shopping in Destin down the road, and of course, the shimmering turquoise waves of the gulf. And don't forget about the community pool, just steps away from the door.

Guests will have access to the whole space, as well as the community pool. We keep a key inside the property for your pool access.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.

- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
-No Smoking Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.

- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.
