"Overall our stay was good & the staff was friendly, but we were told that since we were considered extended stay guests we only got housekeeping every 4 days. Our stay was only 4 days so no housekeeping. All we asked for was to have someone who was already in the area cleaning other rooms to leave some fresh towels, toilet paper, coffee & empty the trash, a 5 minute job. No making the bed, cleaning anything, vacuuming or straightening up. We, of course, were able to pick up all items at the front desk but were never asked for what room it was, so someone who is unscrupulous may just get all of those things & take them home. It must be less costly to replace towels, etc. than have someone who is already paid to do this take an extra few minutes to deliver them and empty 2 small waste baskets. This was disappointing."
