"The property could use some updating. Lights out in the women’s bathroom near the chillz pool and wood rotting on the doors. Toilet did not flush in the women’s bathroom near the dips pool. Some pool lounge chairs are ripped and some moldy. Most of the staff was friendly, did not feel that the Diamond Club was worth the extra money, never saw the butler’s. We did have to move rooms due to water dripping in our bathroom and shower areas from the room in the floor above us. The Diamond Club pool was nice and peaceful. At any of the bars, never saw that they used “top shelf liquor” that was included with diamond club, and there was non-diamond club members at the Diamond club only bar. Food was ok and not always hot. Sometimes it took very long to get the food. "

"Our stay at the Hideaway at Royalton Saint Lucia was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality exceeded our expectations. Our butlers were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. The bar staff were outstanding — friendly, energetic, and always ready with excellent recommendations and amazing service. A special mention also goes to the Prime Travelers group and the general staff throughout the resort who made the entire experience feel warm, welcoming, and unforgettable. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and the genuine kindness of the staff made this one of the best vacations we’ve had. We are already looking forward to returning. "The Body holiday was a truly wonderful experience. The property is beautiful. The ambience is calm and relaxing. You can be as active or inactive as you wish. There are abundant classes kicking of at 7am-6pm each day and something for everyone from beach workout, to yoga, spin, legs, bums and tums, tai chi the list goes on. Tennis, golf lessons are offered from beginner to advanced. Beach Volleyball ball, Aquafit, Beach Dance etc. Plenty of on the water activities: Kayak, SUP, Zodiacs all at no charge, water ski, tubing has a charge. The beach is beautiful, as it is set in a cove the water is always calm, plenty of fish around for snorkeling, floating platforms forms to swim out to and safe swimming area. The 50 mins complimentary spa sessions for each full day you are there are lovely and just long enough so you are not spending to much time there and not elsewhere soaking of the resort. The climb up and down the steps to the spa could be challenging to some as would rooms on the upper level. We had a 3rd level sea view and it was a bit of a hike but well worth it. The rooms are fairly basic but always clean and well stocked with towels. The beach was well maintained with plenty of sun loungers and parasols for shade. Regular refreshments, fruit kebabs and smoothie popsicles were brought around. The restaurants all offered delicious food. Tao was the hands down the best!"

"We had an incredible stay at Tamarind Villa and could not have asked for a better setup for our group of 11 friends. The house was the perfect size for a mix of couples and solo travelers, with plenty of space to spread out while still feeling communal.The villa is located in what felt like a very safe, quiet community, with a steep driveway and about a 10–15 minute drive to Gros Islet. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and direct access to a porch or patio, which gave everyone privacy and their own space to unwind.The saltwater pool was absolutely lovely and quickly became the center of our trip. I honestly think at least one person was in it at all times throughout our five-day stay.Starting about a month before our arrival and continuing through the lead-up to the trip and our stay itself, our concierge Sharon was an absolute rockstar. She made this trip what it was, handling everything from room setup and clearing allergens for a highly allergic guest, to planning meals with the included cook, coordinating a private chef dinner, transportation, and activities.Merlinda and Bosha, our cooks and housekeepers, were phenomenal. They prepared delicious meals, including a perfect dinner waiting for us on arrival, plus incredible fresh juices and bakes. Francis, our caretaker, was always available and helpful.All around, a perfect experience with an exceptional team at a beautiful villa. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."
