We stayed here for a week in spring 2024. The room was nice enough, but starting to get old. The room wasn't ready when we showed up, which was disappointing. Most of the staff were pretty nice, but some could be better. The beaches around the resort were great, and we had a good time there. All in all we enjoyed our stay, but I think we could have booked better for the cost.

Overall, Bay Gardens Resort and Spa was tremendous. The property was in great condition and provided plenty of complementary options/activities with the all inclusive package. The waterfront room had an excellent view. The staff was excellent...friendly, courteous, and thoughtful. We would recommend it.

Overall, we had a great time here. The staff are wonderful, very caring and will do anything to make your stay the best that they can. The beach is very clean and the beach staff go out of their way to set up sun beds and parasols - don't see that in many places! The water-park attached to the hotel is unique in that it's set up in the sea. The BBQ's that the hotel sets up are amazing and very well cooked food and variety. The only improvement they could make is a variety in the standard menu - having stayed for 10 days, it became repetitive by the end. They are constructing a new restaurant and hopefully this will provide more options. Overall, I would stay here again in the future.

Many of the staff seem unhappy and put in the bare minimum effort. The food is very basic and the one restaurant onsite was mostly buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It would have been better if they had a proper menu for lunch and Dinner every day (especially if you have children that are picky eaters). There is a lot of room for improvement on the customer service and food quality.

Great stay
We had a one bedroom with balcony overlooking the ocean and could hear waves from our room we were so close. Room was large and comfy. Amenities were nice; eg kids club water activities, splash pad, etc. everyone was insanely nice. We got a great deal in inclusive so didn’t do much walking around aside from chartering a boat, but lots of restraints and nightlife nearby. Honestly loved this hotel more than I thought I would.

The staff there are all super nice and helpful. Always beach chairs available. It felt safe. Food was okay and the drinks were good (strong but good). Nice to have the free shuttle to some places.

This is a nice small beach hotel on a beautiful beach. The staff are friendly and the food is good. Beach front rooms have a breath taking view and are literally steps from the beach. The kitchen was really slow a few nights, this is something they should work on. Great stay and experience!
