The hotel is in a great location and close to many attractions. However, the shuttle to Old San Juan only runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and it would’ve been much more convenient if it operated later for guests arriving after 5. One of the elevators was out of service, so getting up and down to our room took an extremely long time. Our A/C also wasn’t working properly—maintenance came to fix it, and while it improved slightly, it still wasn’t great. The room itself wasn’t very clean, and there was visible mold in the shower. Overall, I’d probably choose a different hotel the next time we visit San Juan.

I didn't give the full five stars only because there was a smell(not clean) in the room. A mix between smoke and trash. And I overheard the staff presenting options to do tourism and maybe because I look like a local, they didnt explain to me all the options. Over all everything was good.
