"Love the hotel and location! We had no idea about the spectacular wild parrots of Pasadena until they started flying in to roost in the trees surrounding City Hall - one block away from the hotel! It is a mesmerizing and incredulous sight and sound show! It happens every day at dusk, and an experience you'll never forget! "

"Clean rooms. Daily Housekeeping. Daily clean towels. Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. We had a quiet stay for 6 nights. No issues with noise even though its next to the highway on both sides. They accommodated an early check-in. Parking is spacious, plentiful and included. They even have an evening guest reception where simple snacks and beverages may be enjoyed. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming at all times. The staff at breakfast had a few odd reactions when i was observed pouring myself a bit more coffee and added just one more strip of bacon to my plate. They spoke Spanish and i understood their conversation. Otherwise they were hardworking keeping the breakfast room clean and stocked. I would definitely recommend a stay at this DIamond Bar location. "
