I was overcharged for the room I was given. By a lot. I booked a deluxe king, pool side with sofa bed but was given a standard queen instead. They refused to refund the difference. It also took 2.5 hours in a hot, sweaty line simply to check in. Absolutely atrocious and will never book here again. Will be disputing these charges.

Only thing bad I have to say is that the ice machines are too far away from my room. I had to walk a long hallway and then another half hallway and it was just too far. I believe it should be close to elevators or midway in hallway. Great Job!! To Dominic the bartender and the night cook who went out of his way to may a flatbread pizza for my sister in law. Dominic was very friendly guy to talk too. But very busy after concerts. God bless his soul he was extremely busy that night after concert. We will stay there again in the future!! Great location for downtown . Just loved it !!
