Room looks like pics. No AC but has a ceiling fan. No coffee pot, cups, or microwave but has a mini fridge. No wash cloths or hand towels. Keyed entry through all doors and elevator access. Spacious clean room though I could feel the springs in the bed. Overall nice weekend place to stay in the heart of Union Square

The hotel room was actually nice. Clean, simple, modern. There was no one at the front desk that i saw during my 2.5 day stay. Instead, there was a sign directing you to another hotel across the street where you would go to check in. It was a little inconvenient to not know that ahead of time, but overall it was fine.

Simple accommodations

This is a very basic hotel, but clean and pleasant. The front desk was available when I arrived near check in (3:00PM). My room was small, but I've had smaller for more money. This is not a great room to hang out in (a desk chair, but no where really but the bed to lounge around), but definitely comfy for getting ready & being out and about for the day and coming back for sleep! The restaurant downstairs has great beer, too. 2 blocks from BART which makes the city and surrounds very easy to reach. If you're a simple traveler like me, this is worth it! Very satisfied for what I paid.

Expectations exceeded!

This place exceeded my expectations! Booked this hotel to stay after my business trip was over, and was looking for a place that wasn’t too extravagant so I wouldn’t be tempted to stay in the room, and go out in the city. It was honestly a very comfortable place, and secure. Highly recommend!
