The property was clean so I liked that. We paid for a premium room. Unfortunately the person at the desk misinformed us about breakfast being available. He also didn't tell us about any of the amenities available to us on the property.

Cleanliness, friendly staff and location. Love the room with a fridge, coffee machine and microwave. Just would have liked to have More support rails in the Shower and maybe a container for Diabetic Syringes

We got to the hotel at 2:15, a little earlier than our check in time. They made everyone wait till almost 4pm for their rooms. The check out time is noon so why it would take them almost four hours to get one room cleaned is amazing to me. No one at the front desk seemed like they were in a hurry to help anyone find a room. They kept pointing everyone to the check in time as 4pm. When asked why the delay, they seemed disinterested and couldn’t even feign to care. Kept repeating they didn’t know the reason for the long delays as if they couldn’t just call their cleaning service to check. Will never stay here again but I hope the management of this hotel property reads this review and takes some steps to address.
