Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Trash: Remove all trash (except recycling) and leave it outside the front door. Recycling is for glass bottles, plastic bottles, cans, and clean boxes only.
Laundry: • Place all used towels in the bathtub. • If you used the sofa bed, remove the sheets, extra pillowcases, and blankets and place them next to the front door to indicate they need washing.
Trash: Remove all trash (except recycling) and leave it outside the front door. Recycling is for glass bottles, plastic bottles, cans, and clean boxes only.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please don't bring sand into the property, especially INSIDE shower stall or bathtub which will cause clogging issues for the next guest checking in.
Please only throw toilet paper into the toilet. Please leave open food on the dining table and not on kitchen counter to keep ants away!
Quiet time is from 10 pm to 9 am on the balcony and downstairs common areas. No smoking inside the apartment and in the common area to avoid a fine.

We walked everywhere and brought the dogs along everywhere as well.Just be aware the street is a busy street and you will have airplane noise. This unit is a block from the beach in an area where you can walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels that were very handy to have to use.
