The perfect San Diego getaway on Crown Point in Pacific Beach, less than a block away from the sandy shores of Crown Point Beach Park with full family amenities. Dog Friendly remodeled 2-bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse. Bayview balcony overlooking the in-ground spa and a large private patio. Hi-speed WiFi, dedicated workspace, in-unit washer/dryer and all the amenities of home. Dog friendly neighborhood, walking distance to dog friendly parks and beach area. Watch the summer SeaWorld fireworks from you private balcony.

The space
Beautiful triplex with in-ground spa 1/2 block from the beach. This is a two level townhouse. The first floor has two bedrooms each with a sliding glass door to a large private patio. Each bedroom has a queen bed with thick mattress and a plush auto inflate queen size air beds should the need arise.

There is a large remodeled bathroom with a separate makeup vanity. Brand new washer and dryer.

Large hallway closet for storing sports gear or bikes.

Upstairs is the living room with a large ceiling fan, lots of windows and air conditioning, kitchen and dining area with a balcony overlooking the spa.

In-Ground spa and large 7-burner barbecue right outside the front door in the common area.

Designated parking on the property. Street parking is readily available as well.
