They charge $300 for a smoking fee. I'm not a smoker, but you're trusting them to not charge you ig they think it might smell like someone's been smoking in the room. Sure would be a they said, customer said type of arugement sitting here.

Pictures didn’t match the room. Lots of homeless lurking around. Everything was either broken or close to being broken. I could have spent 17 dollars more and stayed across the street in a much nicer place.

the staff were very lovely :) when my friend was talking to their dad outside the building one of the staff members came out to make sure they werent being harassed and they said it made them feel safe and i appreciate the staff a lot for looking out for them

Right next to the freeway, which didn't bother me too much - freeway noise = white noise. Biggest drawback seems to be location; tucked away with empty property next to it seems to invite a certain unsavory element. There was someone in the parking lot who was clearly tweaking and a steady group of homeless people with their bikes nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I wanted to use the hot tub, but with exterior entrance door to the rooms, and a walk outside, it felt uncomfortable.

Room was dark and dinghy. Lots of noise from highway. Windows not sound proof. Carpets filthy and floor very squeaky. Bathroom old - rails rusted, towel holder above toilet missing a bar so bath towel fell into toilet and no towels available to replace so had to use hand towels after shower. Ironing board behind door was covered in thick dust - probably never cleaned. Dirt in corners Definitely not worth the price we paid. Sheet was on bed inside out and top sheet was paper thin so felt like nothing between blanket and body. Only positive was bed was comfortable and fridge has a separate freezer compartment to refreeze ice packs for our cooler. Overall not a pleasant stay. Don’t recommend

A little disappointed

This is the second time, at this location, disappointed in the breakfast again, only coffee, juice, and a granola bar. We've stayed at other Days Inn's and had amazing breakfasts. Also booked this trip for 2 nights, and they made us go to the office and book the second night over again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. But one guest was in and out, every 20-30 minutes , all night long, with a noisy vehicle that kept me awake all night. I kept wishing some restrictions would have been enforced to keep the quiet.

I checked in 2 adults. We live 2000plus miles away. Were having a suprise bday party. As soon as i stepped into the room phone rang. Feont desk saying i only checked in 2 adults. Said i was having a suprise pool party for my niece. He said max 5 people. Ok fine. But then says i had a lot of bags and not everyone can stay ok again fine. I booked a room with 3 beds, enough for if the kids wanted to stay. Mind you online it says and i quote "kids under 17, stay free when useing existing bedding". The guys was rude. So i booked another room amd was watched and felt uncomfortable the entire night!!! I will never stay here again. Also homeless lady with pets right outside the office.

This is not a good property. We asked for a ground level room. They said there were none, which didnt appear to be true. The room was freezing. Took hours to warm ip. Had to get under the bedcovers tp warm up. We paid for a room that included breskfast. There was no breakfast. There was a sign also posted in the room for breakfast in the convention center, there was no breakfast. The rooms need work. They are old and not very funcional. Would never recommend this place.
