It is very noisy, but they provide earplugs. Parking was advertised in the listing including valet parking. Upon arrival staff informed me that garage is full and asked me to search for parking on the street myself

The bed was very comfortable, the whole place is well maintained and clean. The restaurant part of it makes excellent home made pasta. The only negative was that the building could get a little noisy - but not a huge deal and not really the hotel's fault

Hotel was per friendly, we got a room with a sting area and it was very spacious. No hotel parking lot unless you valet park, we were lucky and close street parking was available and free for the day we were there.

Love this hotel. Chrissy at Reception was phenomenal. Room was perfect. Beds were comfortable. On site restaurant, Gamberettia, has great fresh pasta and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. A block from the river front park. Lots of great little restaurants in the area. This hotel even had a loaner wheelchair!!

The location is excellent, in downtown and walkable to everywhere, especially the river park. The room we had was excellent, very modern, floor to ceiling windows, kitchen, separate for TV viewing, dining table for working on a PC(if needed). Valet parking is pricey, but free and cheap parking is available within a couple blocks. Staff was excellent and would bend over backwards to accommodate.

The restaurant and front desk staff were very professional and friendly. When we arrived and had lunch at the restaurant, the food was excellent but the flies were terrible. We have never experienced that amount of flies anywhere in our world travels. The staff actually acknowledged the problem and apologized. As for our room, on arrival we were told we had been switched out of the room we reserved because they had oversold that room option. The room we were in was very noisy and the bed was very uncomfortable which made for a horrible nights sleep. It’s worth mentioning that the room was very clean. Upon checkout, it took us 50 mins to get our car from valet. The staff was very kind and apologetic. Over all, it was the staff that were the saving grace and brightest part of our stay. They were all so helpful and kind even as we noticed that they were all there working long shifts because they were very short staffed.

The hotel called themselves riverfront, but there is no river view, nor in a resort area. It's located directly at the main street, and there's no free parking. Food is nice in the hotel restaurant, nice experience for both breakfast and lunch. Staff is friendly as well. Some of the hotel staff at the reception is cold. The bed sheet looks like used... Shower is not really comfortable. It's a disappointment.

Great stay

Great hotel. Super noisy downtown Salem at night. Hotel does provide earplugs.

Received a room with bathroom sink draining poorly. Was switched to another unit and as soon as we opened the door it smelled offensively. Informed night attendant Zurich I was not staying. He promptly stated He was canceling my reservation without any charge. I haven’t received any reimbursement as of yet. !!
