We reserved 4 king bed rooms and a two queen room. When we arrived they didn’t have a two queen room reservation. They said they would put a roll away bed in one of the rooms and it didn’t happen. Just disappointed that the reservation from Expedia didn’t get relayed to the hotel for us to get the proper room.

What a joke!!!
We checked in and the room was trashed. Then I had to explain to the lady at the front what to do which is mind blowing. 2nd room was just as bad, nothing had been clean in the room. There was at least 10 roaches we saw in the 8 hours in the room. NAST!

The staff was amazing but the bathroom did not have a shower curtain. They also had roaches in the bathroom and the room had a smell. I do not recommend this hotel for cleanliness

Dear Comfort Inn & Suites Ruston Team, Thank you for reaching out and for giving me the opportunity to share feedback about my recent stay. I appreciate your commitment to continually improving guest experiences. Unfortunately, my stay was not as seamless as I had hoped. One significant challenge was the lack of accessibility for a wheelchair, coupled with no convenient access to the restroom. This posed a significant inconvenience for us during our stay. Additionally, the room we stayed in had an excessive amount of furniture, making it feel cramped and limiting mobility, especially with a wheelchair. This impacted the overall comfort and functionality of the room. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but I believe addressing these issues will significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I hope this feedback is helpful in identifying areas that may need attention and improvement. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to seeing positive changes in the future. Comfy bed, old A/C system
Very comfortable bed (most important). Plenty of available outlets, fridge with freezer section (good for cold packs), very clean, good size room. The only negative, for me, was the air conditioning: there’s no way to regulate by temperature, and the unit was pretty loud when turned on. Otherwise, everything was very good. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in town.

Bed comfortable, staff nice. Miss road first time and had to go over 5 miles down interstate to turn around, access could be better. Right on interstate so traffic noice can be heard. Nothing special but would stay again. Met our needs for a one night stay.
