Check in process was quick and easy, restaurant on site made things convenient. Very kind staff, room was big and good for what we needed. Nice stay close by to shopping and restaurants.

The clerk on Friday was very rude and disrespectful. Was speaking with friends in the breakfast area declined to come help customer check in. The hotel room door did not close properly, asked to switch room told no room available. There was screaming fight as well as people gathering and drinking ...
