My mom and sister had reservations for 6 days. On the 5th day the room was not cleaned, no clean towels and trash not emptied. When called to have clean towels brought to room, was told they would have to go to the front desk to get them. Also, the day before they checked in, I personally spoke with the front desk receptionist about getting a 1st floor room for my 93 year old mother who uses a walker. She said that would not be a problem and made a note on their reservations. When my mom and sister checked in, it was a different receptionist and she told them there was no 1st floor availability so my they were placed on the 2nd floor. Also, one night the fire alarm went off multiple times and my sister was very stressed wondering how she was going to get my mom down the stairs since she can’t walk without her walker.
