The room was supposed to be smoke free but smelled faintly of cigarettes. The bathroom floor and shower looked dirty and had not been cleaned well. The tv remote barely worked and it seemed like several of the buttons were malfunctioning. There were also people yelling outside around 3am as well as 9am when we were packing up to leave.
