The room had a few details of cleaning that could have been better. The extra charge at time of reservation should be added at time of not at arrival it was an unexpected charge although it's returned immediately at checkout it wasn't expected.

The staff was amazing! Thw beds and pillows are very comfortable. The area was quiet and nice. We walked to the restaurant close by.

Overall it was okay. Good for a night. Couldn't sleep though due to people yelling and arguing and listening to music at 3am what sounded like directly outside of my room. Some lights didn't work. Staff was not very attentive at all. Waited a while each time I needed help because no one was there.

Our room had a constant hum going at all times. We noted it with the manager when he came to hook up the tv for us. He thought it was the tv next door but it wasn’t. It was like a wind tunnel in the ceiling. Too noisy for my husband.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in, rude CSR, dirty, nasty rooms - mold, floorboards coming up, rust, dirty bedding, just horrible.
