"Hotel was perfect. It had everything we needed, including a good dinner and breakfast. The staff were excellent too. Important note: At the airport you meet the Platzhirsch shuttle at Parking Area P-29, near the larger P-36. To get to P-29, turn left out of the terminal towards the medical center – and away from the other hotel shuttles! The Platzhirsch shuttle arrives and leaves frequently. For some reason its hotel stop is 200m away from the hotel. In future we will always use this hotel when we stay at FRA Airport because the hotel was just fine and the free shuttle was very important. Good value!"

"I loved the room. Very clean and well suited with what we needed. The staff didn’t seem too eager to help with my questions. Could have been a language barrier, but still they just seemed uninterested in helping past check-in. However, the bartender answered all questions and was great."

"The location was very good for our needs; being close to the train station. We didn't arrive from the airport until after midnight but check-in was easy and the bed was comfortable. It was also easy to get over to the station in the morning to get a train onto our next destination. We'll likely stay there again before we fly home."

"My stay was only for one night but, it was great. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. This was my second time staying here before my flight. The breakfast was second to none and excellent.
