Everything was amazing! The house was perfect for our family weekend getaway and the owner had a ton of little touches set up for us when we arrived. Fully stocked with kitchen supplies, spices, utensils, great pots and pans, everything we needed to make any meal in the house. The only issue we had was the tv logged out of the Roku and the owner was able to walk us through resetting it via text very quickly. The master bedroom and bathroom were huge, there’s a large gym and the game room were perfect for the younger kids with us. The only downside was the cold weather so we couldn’t take advantage of the screened in porch or the great fire pit in the back yard. Owner was accommodating and allowed us to check in a few hours early.

What an an amazing comfortable home! We had 3 couples spend 3 days at the house and there is everything you need and more included with this home. I have rented many homes and this is the first one that has an abundant supply of napkins, paper towels, dishwasher pods, garbage bags and even some bathroom necessities if you forgot something.The beds, pillows and furniture are very comfortable along with a huge kitchen island and table to play games prepare food etc.The game room in the lower level is a huge plus along with the availability of a heated garage on very cold mornings.Highly recommend staying here!

Fabulous home! Spacious, luxurious and comfortable. A group of girlfriends stayed at this gorgeous home for a reunion and we all absolutely loved it! Pamela the host, had excellent communication and provided everything we needed. Little extra like extra toiletries, popcorn, water bottles made us feel so welcomed. The open living room/kitchen and dining area was wonderful to hang out with an abundance of space for all seven of us. More could have joined us for a sit down meal at the table. We loved relaxing on the screened in porch for our morning coffees. The home was spotless, well cared for, and meticulously setup with guests comfort in mind. We all wanted to stay longer, and definitely would love to stay here again!!all around awesome!!

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed this property. We were there for a family reunion. We put one family on the lower lever; one on the upper; and spread the odds and ends around. The game room was really handy for the older kids as was the TV room in the basement. The toddlers owned the upstairs and we were able to keep them corralled. We had a couple issues that were promptly resolved by Pam. This was clean, comfortable, and well-laid out for our needs.

We stayed for our daughters graduation from UMR. The home was beautiful and had great amenities (arcade and board games, fitness equipment). All of the little details like the toiletries in bathroom, coffee bar, yummy welcome gift, made it that more special. Lots of different areas for people to hang out in. If the weather had been better, we would have utilized the outdoor fire pit and screened in porch!! Would definitely come back here if/when we come back to Rochester! Pamela was very responsive to any questions we had.

Perfect Thanksgiving Retreat!

Our family spent a wonderful Thanksgiving at this home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, it was clear this property is well-loved and impeccably maintained. Everything was spotless, and the layout was both spacious and cozy, making it the perfect place for our holiday gathering. The kitchen was a dream for Thanksgiving meal prep, with plenty of counter space and every utensil or appliance we could need—truly a chef’s delight! The living areas were so inviting, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The kids had an absolute blast with the games provided, keeping them entertained for hours. And for the adults, the workout area was a fantastic surprise—well-equipped and perfect for burning off some of that pumpkin pie! This home had everything we needed and more, from the thoughtful touches in every room to the overall comfort and warmth. We’re already talking about coming back for another family trip! Highly recommend this gem for any family gathering or getaway. 🌟

Our family is spread out across the country, but we enjoy renting a house together a couple times a year to hang out for awhile. The Bella Retreat was a great spot with very comfortable beds, toasty bedding, some games on the lower level, and a fully equipped kitchen. Room for our big family to have a great time!

AMAZING!!!! Every single thing about this property/ stay was far above and beyond our expectations. The house is amazing. The photos are totally accurate, but still don’t do it justice. We were in town for our dad’s 95th birthday. Our children/grandchildren live in 4 different states. All were able to come for the weekend and the house accommodated all of us, in every age category. Pamela went the “extra mile” in every aspect of this property from laundry pods to coffee to hair dryers to cosmetics to extra paper towels, and the list could go on and on. We could not say enough great things about every single aspect of this rental. We are all so, so grateful for this stay and our comfortable time together! Than you so much Pamela!

We had an outstanding stay. House was in great shape and very well furnished. The Gym room as well as the basement game area were real highlights. The house systems were easy to use (TV set-up, garage door via app, etc). Property manager was very proactive with communications. Only good things to report from this stay!
