"Hot tub was broken, coffee maker was missing pieces and didn’t have filters, there was no can opener, the couch was broken, incomplete check in information was sent so we were locked out of the building and parking and had to call for help, the carpet is pretty old and gross. Otherwise everything was fine."

"John's condo is a fantastic one bedroom in the heart of River Run. It's a short walk to the gondola with restaurants, shops, and a market just feet from the property. John was a gracious host who repeatedly checked in to make sure everything was okay. Easy to give this one five stars. "

"Great location to the gondola. However, the amphitheater right behind the condo can have VERY loud events. My first night was difficult with loud thumping base shaking music late I tot the night. The hot tubs are great! This unit could use some updating. Very old carpet, mattress, grout needs redone as it has mildew. "

"Great place and location. My only complaints are temperature control within the unit and also not being able to keep my car in the garage on check out day as my key was disabled at 10am. I had to move my car to the normal outside lot while we skied that day and having to change in a public outdoor parking lot before driving to catch my flight home in Denver is bot ideal and I should have been able to stay parked in the garage. Besides those 2 things I would absolutely stay there again but would plan for those things."
