The description on website of door lock (with the little video thing, too) was not accurate for this property. We had trouble because the door sticks so it seemed like it wasn’t opening with the code provided. Trying to get help was next to impossible because there was no cell service there. The email was not “immediate.” Note for people intending to use the day bed/trundle unit: those beds were soooo uncomfortable that 2 mattresses had to go on one frame and the other person had to sleep on the couch! That was not cool. The rest of the beds were “fine.”

Gorgeous rental that needs a little love

The property and location are amazing. The house has everything you will need the kitchen wise and for keeping a family entertained. The cleaning was spotless. However we had a pipe burst in the garage, the outside gas fire pit didn't work, the air conditioner broke and several shades were broken. The local manager was very responsive but couldn't fix most items. This wonderful property needs some maintenance.

Wonderful mountain retreat

Stayed here with friends while on a fishing trip. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the yard, hot tub, ping pong and foosball table. Enjoyed cooking on the grill and in the well-stocked kitchen.

Kitchen was very well supplied, table was wonderful for playing games, deck was fabulous. So so quit, deer running around everywhere. When you walk into the house it smells bad . Bath tub would not drain , two sinks did not drain,and shower head was broken laying in tube . Called to address the problem they came late 6:00 pm the next day got it fixed. Young man was very nice. All the blankets and pillows smelled. House needs a deep cleaning. Didn’t like the cobwebs around my head when sleeping. Hot tub was very dirty. Could be a very nice place to stay if someone would spend a few days cleaning and getting the smells out.

Great place!

This place was clean, relaxing, and over all beautiful. Very good spot for a family looking to get out in the country. I’d go to this spot again in a heart beat. I do suggest making sure you understand the check-in process. We ended up having to call the service phone number because the digital lock wasn’t working and the directions were not entirely clear. Customer service was great though.

Great spot!

Everything about the property was amazing and accurately described. The only issue was VRBO didn’t send us the gate code to get in! Was a tough first few hours trying to get a hold of them with no cell service, but we made it happen eventually.

Beautiful house and surroundings

This is a lovely, spacious and very comfortable place. Three friends and I spent four nights here and had plenty of room to spread out as well as enjoy common meals and time on the deck. Lovely, peaceful setting. The only thing to note is that there are electric lines right near the house that buzz noisily and that was less than ideal. Otherwise, we loved the Clear Creek Reort.

Overall good

Great house. Loved the outdoor space and patio. We walked to the creek everyday at the edge of the property and gathered around the fire at night. Had some trouble with the hot tub breaker shutting off. It was hard reaching property management to get it attended to but once we did talk to management they had someone out to fix it quickly. That was a plus. Could use better cooktop and baking pans in the kitchen.

Easy breezy with all the amenities

We really enjoyed our stay here - it was a perfect weekend away from the day-to-day of pandemic life. The house was spotless when we arrived, the kitchen was well-appointed (and labeled!), and the unobtrusive signage was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, and stayed cozy by the fireplace. The kids loved the game room and tromping around in the snow meadow outside. I especially appreciated the easy check-out process. There weren't a million things that we needed to do with the house to check-out, which is awesome when you're trying to leave on time so early in the morning. Thanks for opening your home to us! We hope to be back!

Fun house

The set up is very cozy. We enjoyed staying there. The pillows were unfortunately not clean. There was lipstick and hair on them still. We could not find clean pillow cases in the house so we just put them to the side. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. We watched a lot of tv and played games and just relaxed. It was much needed!
