"What a terrible hotel! There’s a bad smell in the rooms. The maintenance and cleaning was next to non. One of the days my suitcase had been opened whilst I was away for the afternoon and also I was left with itchy skin and rashes all over my body!
When I asked for the security team to investigate my suitcase, I had to wait nearly two hours for them to turn up! All they offered was a measly voucher to the hotel buffet!
Please avoid this hotel! I will be taking this up with my credit card company!"
