My experience was horrible, they give a dirty room, stains on the walls , stains on the carpet, stain on the mirrors, smell like cigarettes… I was telling the front desk how dirty it was and she didn’t believe me I have to take pictures and videos . She wanted to kick me out of property, they manage to get me another room but I didn’t like I was welcome at all

Disappointing Stay- would not stay again I had several issues during my stay. The air conditioner only worked about half the time, which made the room uncomfortable. I had to go buy a fan to somewhat cool the room done. The television had very limited channels—most of them said “weak signal” or “poor connection.” I booked a non-smoking room, but the hallway constantly smelled like marijuana. Housekeepers never came to empty the garbage or pick up dirty towels durning my stay. Most concerning, I saw dirty needles on the ground outside the building, which made me feel unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Room 505, the toilet over flowed and the shower leaked and saturated the carpet in the entry. I do have to say that the plumber was right on it. Cleared the clogged toilet and came back with carpet wet vac and sucked up the excess water. He was top notch!

Booked this room for my parents they did even get to stay the lady said there where no pet rooms there when I booked it the said it was a pet friendly place they were turned away and had to find another hotell to say at this was a stress and uncomfortable unprofessional and they wouldn’t ever refund there money it was a horrible experience

Great location to and off freeway. Friendly and helpful staff, security at entrance, Plenty of parking, BUT ... shady characters outside of premises, and makes you keep eyes open and alert. Comfortable room.
