"This was my first time staying in Jamaica and I absolutely loved it! Courtney welcomes you into the hotel and makes you feel at home. He was amazing ! It was clean and everybody is willing to help. There’s a great selection of restaurants to choose from. The only thing that my husband and I didn’t care for was as soon as you get into the lobby there is someone there scheduling a time to give you a “tour” of the hotel and amenities. During our vacation, we had to meet the following day at 9:30 AM where they called our room at 8 AM to confirm that day. Upon arriving at our scheduled time, we were told that the tour guide was running late and they would come get us at the beach by 10:30 which never happened. We rescheduled for the next day having to leave the beach and come to find out this was a “tour” to promote packages for future stays. I personally didn’t like how pushy the staff was. When your on vacation you don’t want to take time away from your stay to do an hour tour especially when the staff was rude when we declined the tour which is NOT mandatory. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful and I would stay again."
