Sure its not 3 stars hotel.. maybe zero. Terrible place to stay in the most unsafe area in Guadalajara. Old building with bad conditions. Dirty room. Unfriendly, bad behavior and aggressive some of staff. The balcony door not lock. Avoid to stay there. I don't know why, hotels.com continues to support ...
