"This is a budget hotel and the decor is dated, BUT, our room was huge, it was CLEAN, and the bed was the most comfortable one I've slept on during our 2 week (different hotel almost every night) stay is WA. The staff is helpful and friendly. Excellent access to SEATAC (and they have a 24hr shuttle), light rail, Denny's & 7-11 within walking distance if you don't like their menu. Only negative, no free breakfast."

"My husband and I flew in early to Seattle so we went straight to hotel to ask if we could drop off luggage and the front desk lady greeted us with a smile and said it was fine . We got back to the hotel around 1:30-1:45 and a different young lady also greeted us with a smile and informed us our room was ready so we could check in early which we appreciated because we were tired . She also answered our questions regarding taking shuttle to take us to the port for our cruise . She schedule the pick time for us . Once we checked out a different young lady also greeted us with a smile and printed my receipt which i asked for . Overall great customer service ."
