Important Notes to Consider:
Smoking Prohibited: Following new Jalisco state laws, smoking, including vaping and electronic cigarettes, is banned in close proximity to others. This applies to all parts of the building, including terraces and balconies. State and HOA fines will apply for violations. Thank you for your cooperation.
Pets Not Allowed: Per building bylaw, renting to guests with pets is not permitted.
Building Regulations: Guests must adhere to building rules concerning quiet hours and other guidelines.

***Important Notice***
Starting on Monday 24th, the lounge chair area will be temporarily closed to allow for essential repair works. The pool will remain fully available throughout. The works are expected to take approximately 2 to 3 weeks. The area will be covered to minimise dust, although some minor dust may still be present during the process.
