Summary:
Welcome to Villa El Sueno 1!

El Sueno 1 is located in the heart of Old Town.  Fully remodeled units with modern touches.  Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach and the Malecon.  2 blocks away from Vallartas incredible night life.

The Space:
Villa El Sueno 1 is a lovely 1 bedroom 1 bath condo.  The kitchen is fully equipped to bring out the chef in you.  Refrigerator, oven, range, dishwasher, microwave and even a wine refrigerator.  Airconditioning and wifi throughout the unit.

The bedroom has a nice comfortable king size bed with a 43 inch smart tv that has is connected to wifi.

All guests have access to the amazing rooftop pool that includes an outdoor kitchen.

Other Things to Note:
Maid service is available on request for an additional fee.  Supplies are provided at the beginning of your stay.  If you run out, it will be your responsibility to replace them.

The condo has a great shower and bed but needs to be cleaner. The coffee pot was full of mold and bathroom needed a thorough cleaning.

If you like steep hills and dogs barking 24/7 this place is for you.

The property manager and team are great and had great communication with us, that was Not the problem. We even had a power outage for about 12 hrs and they sent a representative out to make sure we were ok and that was much appreciated. It’s the location of the property and the surrounding neighbors that let their dogs bark all night long with only a short break inbetween. When we were entering and exiting the property they kept to themselves and even yelled at their dogs to be quiet but they must be used to them barking all the time. They made an effort to make it look like they cared but that’s their neighborhood and they were their first. The hill to get to the place is steep. Cars can barely get up it without spinning their tires. If you are an older couple with mobility issues this is not a place for you. If your a little younger and are used to dogs barking then this place will suit you fine. The remodel that was done on this entire place was a nice job but it’s still in a neighborhood with 100 year old shacks. My advice would be to pay the extra money to be near the beach condos/apartments

Great place for a short stay

The unit is exactly as described in the listing. Good clean spot to use as a base of operations. It is a good size, pretty well equipped and exactly as described in the listing. You should know that it is partially below ground and does not have the most natural light, but does have alot of internal lighting. It is also at the start of the hilly Alta Vista section of town which could be a challenge for any one with mobility challenges. Easy checkin and check out and communication with the property manager was very good. Overall, good value for money.
