"The front desk clerk was very rude and not helpful nor professional. She did not advice us of the amenities. This was during check in at four or five in the afternoon. Now the morning clerk was very professional and friendly. The building was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hardly desirable."

"Had booked two night stay via Expedia. Called property day before our stay to advise them we would not be there for first night. Gentleman said he would make a note. Arrived there to check in for our second night and persons said there was no reservation and blamed Expedia. Said they were booked and no room for us. Didn’t offer to try and find us a room at one of their sister properties in the area. Horrible customer service. I have multiple stays booked there for the fall season and will be cancelling those."

"The staff were incredibly friendly, but the rooms were not very clean at all. The corners of our room actually looked like they might have mold and tons of dust on/inside all the cabnets. Our TV was staticy on every channel, and the tv guide they provided had a ton of stations that did not actually exist on the tv. There was a huge spot on the carpet that looked like someone melted the carpet, and patchy repairs on all walls and furniture. The pool was nice but had literal hairballs all over the sides. We sadly won't be staying here again because regardless of how friendly the staff were they need to do a way better job at cleaning everything."
