"Staff was great, hotel us very clean. The rooms were nice and clean. Need a TV guide, because you had guess on the channels. The AC when you controled it and lowered the temp it turned off. Overall I rate 8/10 and I will be staying here whenI come to visit my child at TECH"

"We stayed at this location to celebrate my wife’s doctorate graduation from TTU with family and we had a wonderful stay. The owner was attentive to our needs l, for example, the propane for the grill was out and she delivered a new one within an hour. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our party of 10. Would recommend this location when visiting Lubbock. "

"We had an amazing stay. The neighborhood was very nice and the home was neat and clean and had the supplies we needed to stay the short time we were there management was very responsive and answered. All questions in a timely fashion. Only recommendation would be to check the sink water pressure in bathrooms. Other than that, we would definitely recommend and stay at this property again."
