Eva is an extremely rude and disrespectful person to be working at a front desk. I called before booking to ensure a crib could be located, the man on the phone when I called on 11/22 around 8am told me very kindly that they do have cribs and to mention it in the notes, and I did so. Eva decided she would give me major attitude when I showed up because I needed said crib and “the newer person may not know where it is” Eva, that’s not anyone’s problem but yours and your worker. I don’t know where the crib is, but you have one so you can go find it if your employees can’t. Train them better, maybe. The rooms were atrociously hot and you can’t turn down the air past 66 for AC. Diabolical. We will never come back, don’t worry Eva you won’t have to get us a crib for around Christmas. The Residence Inn will do us much better.

Área was unsafe too many homeless around the area. At check in, clerk announced to other male guests standing by, the fact that I was traveling alone with my daughter, our room number and asked for my phone number which she repeated loudly. I also could not sleep on my last night there, due to a woman fighting outside my window

Very clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. The only downfall was that the ice on the 3rd floor doesn’t work. Beds are comfortable but need upgraded. I’ll stay here every time we go to Lubbock!

Breakfast is always amazing. The staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. I have stayed several times. None of the ice makers on any floor were working but hopefully they get that fixed soon. We took the shuttle to the Texas Tech game which was really nice.

The property was adequate. It’s listed as 4 star but maybe “Lubbock” 4 star. Looks like they’ve tried some remodeling but slapping paint on walls won’t make a dated interior better. All but one ice machine were not working and the specialty coffee machine in the bar was down as well. The staff said that has been true for awhile and they can’t get them fixed. The room was a little overpriced but that may have been because of the Texas Tech football home game.
