When we were checking in a staff noticed I had a boot I’m about to have surgery was the sweetest little girl and went and got me a wheelchair amazing hotel will definitely stay there again

The toilets are too low and the bathrooms need a remodel with the showers not draining appropriately. Also the ice machines wre broken on majority of the floors I was told the owner was waiting on a part but only 1 floor had an active ice machine. It was way too many people there for that to happen.

Never again.

Room smelled funny. AC didn’t work well. Rooms were very outdated. Toilet barely worked. Once you flushed, your old toilet paper and bodily waste would come back up. In a terrible location. Have stayed at other MCM properties and this one was by far the worst. Should have stayed elsewhere.

When you walk in the lobby looks nice, but when you get to your room it is so awful we called for the maids to clean the bathroom - they were gone already. The rooms are run down and smelly, the bathroom sink area is tiny with poor lighting. The bathroom floors were warped and bathtub needs to be replaced. I have a black light and what I saw made me want to throw up. The breakfast for a made to order omelette was very good!

Room and Bed were comfortable, bathtub was disgusting, drain and grout need urgent replacement. Steak dinner and salad bar in hotel dining room could be better but breakfast omelet station was great, Coffee was not so good. Parking area was partially fenced in and it felt safe to park our fully loaded SUV there without worry. We only stayed one night and felt not too safe being out at night to gas up.
