Very nice home, clean. Loved the area so much. Great places to ride bikes, do runs, the pool was perfect for the little ones. The beach and the smaller waves (being on bay side) perfect for us. 5 stars all the way!!

Great Spot

This property feels very new and clean. It is a short (5-7 minute) walk to the beach. It is on the outer edge of the larger community to it is a little quieter that one that is right in the middle. The house seems like it is set up to how two tenants at the same time. There are two separate living spaces, each with a full kitchen, living room, and laundry, separated by an internal door with a deadbolt (which is unlocked and open). It was a little bit of a funky set up but turned out to be nice and spacious. Port St. Joe is on the bay that is protected by Cape San Blas. This means the water is a good bit calmer than the open water, especially in the morning when it was lake-like. We also noticed the water is quite as clear as the open gulf. I’m not sure if this is how it always is or only while we were there. Visit the cape for a day if you are here. Overall I would recommend this property and I would return if/when we revisit the area.

It was a perfect house for two families with young children. We were bummed the main pool was closed but the property manager provided other accommodations. We enjoyed having the beach and pool option. We rented a golf cart too which made getting to the beach and pool more convenient!

Perfect Family Getaway

Family from Montana came to visit and fell in love with the Forgotten Coast! There were 13 guests total ranging in age from 2.5 to 78 years old. Everyone was comfortable and happy. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and close enough to Port St Joe for an amazing meal at Joe Mama’s Wood Fired Pizza. The week we were there was as hot as the surface of the sun! The community pool was the ideal place for everyone to relax in the cool water with poolside bar service for adult beverages and a walk in shallow area to keep kids occupied and safe. A short drive to the pristine beaches of Cape San Blas was topped off by lunch at the iconic Indian Pass Raw Bar. Don’t miss!! The house is roomy, inviting, clean and reasonable. Don’t skip the opportunity to share quality time with the people you love!
