Being that we are located in Florida, and being that our rooms are all outside-entry, we do partner with Terminix, and they visit us every week to take care of our rooms to prevent any bugs from entering them. We will be addressing your concerns, and we hope that you will be willing to give us a chance in the future to provide you with a more satisfactory stay.

When we pulled in to check in, there were 4 bikers who just pulled in So we waited in our car till they checked in. During that time we encountered several intoxicated individuals and decided it was not a safe place to stay, especially with direct access to a rooms. So we left and drive back home.

Property unsafe to even get out of car; several drunk men loitering outside lobby in partially disrobed,, shabby attire; conduct was erratic , disturbed attics, loud and incoherent, threatening.

The room were dirty,the floors were really dirty my socks were black when I took them off. I don't think I will be staying there again.

The staff was awesome. Especially, Alex! I needed help getting my luggage to my car. She was very helpful. The lounge/bar servers were exceptionally nice. I am thinking about buying real estate in this area. They were helpful telling me the area at which I am looking is very pleasant.
