Not impressed with this hotel at all. John from the front desk was the only reason I am writing a review because he was excellent. It was not clean enough, we had an awful room placed in a basement level across from housekeeping main room and where the doors to a restaurant led to the hotel, so it was very noisy.

Check-in and staff were great. Got checked into the room, commom areas and room looked clean. But on further inspection of beds , we found a bed bug present. Took photo and showed to front desk staff. They were appologetic but we chose to seek alternate hotel arrangements. Asked for refund. Did not stay.

Hôtel was good but the room was a bit dated and not in the best order. The sink leaked a bit and the chair in the room was very tatty and aged. All the staff were great and the hotel Is perfectly ok for a short stopover.

Great beds!! Excellent sleep! Which is most important. But the room was musty. Thinking it was an old smoking room. Front desk gave me a hard time about my dogs even though I booked well before they changed their policy. Acceptable for a single night.
