"The check in process was awful. We had to wait in a small lobby area that had no AC and we had to wait for someone to come up and get us checked in. It took way too long and the person working didn't seem to know what they were doing. Just the uncomfortable hot wait in the lobby will keep us from coming back and recommending this to anyone"
