"The staff are not friendly. That's probably my biggest issue at this place. But also, their system is set up to make you pay fees... what do I mean with that. Well... the girl at warned me I can't loose any of the two key cards or I would need to pay a fee. Also, parking is included however, if I leave I have to remember to go to reception and get a stamp or else I'd have to pay out of pocket. Parking is upstairs SUPER inconvenient for you to bring your luggage up/down... however, their staff can kindly valet/park your car for a fee. I went to get breakfast (2 banana) one of the nights I was there, as I was walking out because I had to rush to the bank the girl stopped me and said I can't take the bananas I need to eat them there... Overall the hotel is ok, decently cleaned but weird smell in my room (manageable) location convenient. I will try a different hotel next time."

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is clean and the staff standing at the door were very attentive and courteous asking if you need them to order a taxi for you, opening the door, and assisting guests with their luggage. I would have liked if at check in, I was given information of the hotels amenities such as their restaurant locations and hours of operation, bar areas and dress code, room service information, pool location and hours of operation. Lastly, there was no room safe, we were missing the door signs you hang on the door nomb for "Do not Disturb", and we were not provided with a complementary water bottle for our coffee. It would be nice to see staff smile a little more, for the most part, everyone seemed very serious. Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay and felt safe. We will definitely return. The information above provided is information on how the hotel can improve based on my past experience on other hotel stays. Thank you Grand Hotel"
