The hotel Ticuan is OK. Not great not bad.. people are a little rude little too rigid about where you can sit and where you can eat they need to lighten up. It could be cleaner too..Good location though

Hugo the security guard in a light blue shirt was rude when I tried to borrow to 1 of 2 luggage carts. I am a manager in a large company and haven't had that tone of voice spoken to me in long time. According to reception no manager was available on Sat Dec 27. The breakfast was good.
